Since its start, around 14 million people have used this scheme, showing improved connectivity and increased demand in the aviation sector.

He also highlighted that India is the fastest-growing aviation market in the world, with airlines having ordered 1,200 aircraft so far. He noted that, while the sector is expanding rapidly, it needs ongoing technological advancements and a skilled workforce to continue thriving.
