Despite the dip in domestic sales, Bajaj Auto’s overall performance showed an uptick for the year, with a 9% increase in two-wheeler retail sales from April to November 2024. The company's export business also grew by 11% during the same period.

In terms of total vehicle sales, Bajaj Auto experienced a 5% year-on-year growth in November 2024, with a total of 4,21,640 units sold, including both domestic and export figures. Exports surged by 24%, reaching 1,80,786 units. Domestic two-wheeler sales, however, continued to decline by 7%. The total two-wheeler volume, including both domestic and export sales, reached 3,68,076 units, marking a 5% increase over November 2023.

The company also noted a slight 1% drop in commercial vehicle sales. Despite these fluctuations, Bajaj Auto has remained active in the market, launching new models such as the Freedom 125 CNG motorcycle and the Pulsar NS400Z, which are expected to contribute positively to its growth in the coming months.
